The Cashback privilege allows Altaris Casino players to recover part of their real-money losses. If luck is not on your side, part of your losses can be returned to your player account as cashback.

Cashback Rules

• Cashback is available to all active Altaris Casino players.
• The cashback percentage depends on the player’s loyalty level. At the first level, Rookie, the cashback rate is 5%. At the highest level, VIP Player, the cashback rate is 20%. You can view the full cashback rates for each loyalty level on the VIP club page.
• Cashback is calculated only from the player’s net real-money losses during the calculation period.
• Losses from bonus funds are not included in the cashback calculation. "Bonus funds" means any funds credited to the player’s bonus balance.
• Losses from tournament or lottery prizes are also not included in the cashback calculation.
• If the player has no net real-money loss during the calculation period, the cashback amount for that period will be 0.
• Cashback is credited to a separate Cashback balance.
• Once a week, on Fridays between 06:00 and 07:00 UTC, the accumulated cashback amount is automatically transferred to the player’s real balance.
• For each cashback payment, the maximum amount a player can receive is limited to 5 times the player’s total deposit amount since joining Altaris Casino. This limit is applied separately to each cashback payment.
